USAFA Peregrines is a private group created to facilitate mentorship, networking, and unity among USAFA female cadets and graduates of African descent.

This is a non-attribution place for future and current military and civilian leaders to come together, learn from one another, and encourage personal and professional growth.

It is also a place that cultivates a positive and embracing culture that generates quality leaders mentoring and providing support at all stages.

Our Mission

USAFA Peregrines promotes and enhances mentorship, networking, and unity among USAFA women of African descent.

Our Objectives

Increase cadet retention rates among women of African descent to 13% by 2040

Lead and promote professionalism and highest achievement in cadet, military, and civilian life

Foster member commitment to serve within USAFA admissions processes and graduate organizations

Equip every woman of African descent to be the best version of herself

Provide an open forum to discuss controversial topics to enhance and mature perspectives

Maintain an active presence in cadet activities
